At BazaarGhar, every song we create is custom-made and personalized for each customer. Since every order involves creative work that cannot be reused or resold, we maintain the following refund and cancellation terms.
1️⃣ No Refunds for Personalized Orders
Once an order has been confirmed and the song creation process has begun, no refunds or cancellations can be processed. This is because each song is custom-written, voiced, and produced exclusively for the customer.
Our team invests time, creativity, and production effort into every order — making each song unique and non-reusable.
2️⃣ Refunds for Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you made an accidental duplicate payment or were charged twice due to a technical issue, we will verify the transaction and process a full refund for the extra payment within 5–7 business days.
3️⃣ Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you place an order and wish to cancel it before submitting your song details or before our team begins work, you may request cancellation within 1 hour of payment confirmation. After this time, cancellations are not possible.
4️⃣ Quality Guarantee & Revisions
We want every customer to love their song ❤️
- If there is any technical issue (e.g. missing name, delivery error, or wrong file), we will fix or resend it free of charge.
- If you want lyrical or vocal adjustments (e.g. tone correction, pronunciation), we will provide free revision within 48 hours of delivery.
Revisions beyond that may include a small additional fee depending on the scope of edits.
5️⃣ Failed or Late Delivery
We guarantee 100% delivery for every confirmed order. In the rare event that you do not receive your song within the stated timeframe, please contact us on WhatsApp or email — our team will immediately resend or resolve the issue.

6️⃣ Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Customer fails to provide required song details after purchase.
- Delay caused by incomplete or unclear personalization inputs.
- Change of mind after the song has been created or delivered.
- Subjective dislike of voice style or emotional tone (as music is creative and personal).
