By using or purchasing from www.bazzarghar.com, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1️⃣ General Overview

BazaarGhar creates and delivers personalized digital songs crafted uniquely for every customer based on their shared details. Each song is custom-composed and delivered digitally via WhatsApp and/or email.

2️⃣ Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.
  • You agree not to misuse our platform, hack our site, or interfere with our creative process.
  • All digital songs are meant for personal and gifting use, not for reproduction or resale without authorization.

3️⃣ Orders & Customization

Each order is custom-made based on your inputs such as name, relationship, and message. Please ensure the details you provide are correct. BazaarGhar will not be responsible for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

4️⃣ Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery starts only after complete information and successful payment are received.

5️⃣ Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We support prepaid and cash-on-delivery (COD) payments where available.
  • Prepaid orders are processed faster and receive higher delivery priority.

6️⃣ Refunds & Cancellations

Since our products are personalized and digital, refunds or cancellations are not allowed once production has started. However, if you face an issue with your order, please contact our support team — we’ll do our best to resolve it. For details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7️⃣ Ownership & Copyright

All songs, compositions, and recordings produced by BazaarGhar are custom-created based on customer inputs. Once delivered, customers receive full usage rights to use their personalized song for personal and promotional purposes such as:

  • 🎥 Uploading on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other social media
  • 💬 Sharing as WhatsApp Status, Story, or personal greetings
  • 🎉 Playing at weddings, birthdays, or family events

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • ❌ Copying or re-recording BazaarGhar songs, lyrics, or voices for resale or duplication.
  • ❌ Editing names or lyrics to create new songs for other customers without using BazaarGhar services.
  • ❌ Using BazaarGhar music, lyrics, or brand to build a competing business or reduce BazaarGhar’s sales.

Any individual or entity found violating these conditions may face legal action and a fine of up to ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Rupees) as compensation for intellectual property misuse or business loss.

Customers are allowed to resell BazaarGhar songs by officially placing orders through BazaarGhar and paying the standard creation cost per song. You may sell or gift the completed song at any price you choose, as long as each track is produced officially through BazaarGhar.

We deeply respect your privacy and personal data. Your song details and contact information are never shared or sold to any third party. BazaarGhar may use small snippets or anonymized previews of your song for marketing, reviews, or promotional content — but only in a respectful and creative manner that never discloses private details. If you do not wish your song to be used for promotions, please contact us, and we will immediately exclude or remove it from all marketing materials.

8️⃣ Privacy & Data Protection

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

BazaarGhar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. While we aim for 100% satisfaction, the emotional or subjective response to music varies by individual.
